The ITC Holdings building might have been an AT&T Long Lines Facility back in the day, but the Tower itself is out of the fence. Might have a Bunker, since of how big the property is. Like usual, it's pretty hard to find the bunkers sometimes, or at least for me.

Tower is abandoned & most the equipment has been scrapped. This site does not seem to have a Bunker, yet there still seems to be at least 1 blast valve. All that remains is a mysterious machine on the side, along with the Tower & building.
