Tower is still in use, yet it seems to lack security. Most entrances are unlocked, along with no security cameras & an open main gate. However, there still is a possible chance that the police will be notified if you enter, along with an intrusion alarm system installed. The Tower seems to be maintained not very well also, as multiple pieces of equipment from the Tower can be strewn about, with the secondary gate at the base of the Tower missing. Also, the roof has suffered from high wind damage, as the side looks to be pulled off the actual building. There is also a chance that this Tower has an Aboveground Bunker inside. Tower is owned by American Tower, & should be rented out by Sprint & Verizon at least.
