Site status update October 1st 2025 Collapse/Expand

Just finished checking out this site thoroughly (with permission from owner)
The site isn't in too bad of shape although some general maintenance is required and needed but structurally the building is still sound thankfully

90% of the equipment has been removed of the original long lines equipment part of the air handler system is still there although no longer functional all equipment is "retired in place"

Side is currently available for lease either building or the tower itself I have some pictures new ones that I will add that I had taken today

Enjoyed getting to see the site in full detail😎

Observations as of - Collapse/Expand

Tall lattice frame tower, and larger concrete building. Horn antennas have been removed.

Site is in poor condition and appears to be completely abandoned.

Just visited the site today still owned by American Tower spoke with a neighbor for a little while about the property heard that it got sold once for a really cheap price around $600! Sure wish I would have known about that then!

Site seems to be in decent condition was told the well pump was removed didn't get a chance to look inside because door was locked Tower and building are still there structure itself seems pretty sound doesn't appear to be currently in use
