This appears to be the Uniontown site.

Access to this tower is easy since it’s right off of Skyline Drive near the Laurel Caverns. Still operated by AT&T, this site still has power, and it appears the tower has two small radio antennas at the top. This is not a cell site. The building has power and telephone lines running into it.

The site is heavily overgrown and it doesn’t look like any maintenance has happened in a decade. The large parabolic horns are still in place but it appears they suffered some wind damage over the years.
