Regional headquarters. Major hub for microwave and cable networks.

Midwestern Area Regional Operations Control Center (RCO), where they called up the restoration plans was in Kansas City. Don't know if it was in this building or not. They called themselves the Kansas City RCO. Southern Area RCO was in Rockdale, Georgia. Sikeston, MO and Blytheville, AR were not far from the Mighty Mississippi so we might get called from either RCO to put up a restoration plan.
